To become a Class 1 (E.L.T) Driving Instructor, candidates must hold a valid unrestricted Class 1 license, have at least 3 years of driving experience, pass a DOT physical and drug test, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and have strong communication skills. They must also complete the ELT Instructor Tests.

Description:

Instruct individuals on proper motor vehicle driving skills and traffic regulations. Demonstrate and explain the handling and mechanical operation of motor vehicles Supervise individuals during practice driving.
